Carpet
Minimum fee is $80. The majority of apartments and condos typically range from $100 to $200. Even larger spaces rarely exceed $250.
Upholstery
Pricing fluctuates more than carpet cleaning — factors like the type of fabric, color, size and its condition all influence the cost. Send me a photo at (778) 863-8019, and I’ll provide you with a precise quote, usually within an hour.

From start to finish, you'll be dealing with just me. No sales team aggressively upselling and clear communication from start to finish. I'll give you an upfront quote on pricing that doesn't change. I also offer firm appointment times; there are no multi hour arrival windows or last minute rescheduling. I only use the highest quality cleaning solutions and have many years of experience.

Residential carpet cleaning — Apartments, condos and houses. Stairs, hallways, bedrooms, the works.
Upholstery cleaning — Sofas, sectionals, armchairs, dining chairs.
Commercial carpet cleaning — Offices, studios, clinics and retail. Weekends available so I'm not in your way.
Rug cleaning — Cleaned in place.
Mattress cleaning — Dust mites, spills, general refresh. Dries in hours.
Move-out cleaning — End-of-tenancy work with a receipt for your landlord or strata.

Where I work
Based on Jervis Street, and most of my work is within walking distance of it — the West End, Downtown, Coal Harbour, Yaletown, Davie Village and the Beach District. I also regularly cover Kitsilano, Fairview, Mount Pleasant, Olympic Village and the North Shore.
Outside those areas? You can still call. I'll drive anywhere for the right job.
